SKS Aquatic & Land Management has been building and maintaining waterfront property on the Panhandle since 2009, out of a shop in Pace, FL.
Two trades, one company.
We started out managing ponds and lakes — weed control, aeration, dredging silted-in water. Customers kept asking who could fix the dock or the collapsing bank while we were out there, so we built the marine side too. Today the same company handles the structure and the water it sits in.
That matters more than it sounds. A dock built without fixing the shoreline behind it fails early, and a pond treated without addressing the inflow just greens up again next season. We look at the whole property.

How we price work.
Every job starts with a free site visit and ends with a written scope. If we find something mid-project — a rotten pile, a buried pipe, sediment deeper than the survey showed — you hear about it before we touch it, with the cost attached.
