Demolition & Disposal
We remove sheds, small structures, concrete, storm debris and unwanted site improvements, then load and dispose of the material responsibly. Demolition is coordinated with the clearing and grading work so the property is left ready for its next use.
Tree & Stump Removal
Trees that conflict with a building pad, access road or shoreline plan are removed with the stump and root mass where needed. We work to a flagged clearing plan so protected and wanted trees stay standing, then clean up and grade disturbed ground.
Excavation
We handle the excavation that comes before everything else: building pads, pond basins, utility trenches, footings and drainage cuts. Because we work waterfront and pond ground every week, we plan for the water table instead of discovering it. Spoil is placed where it helps the site, not where it has to be moved twice.
Land Clearing
Whether it is a single homesite or several acres, we clear to a flagged plan so the trees you want stay standing. Stumps, root balls and debris are hauled, chipped or buried where allowed, and the ground is left graded rather than churned. Clearing near water gets buffer and erosion protection built into the scope.
Forestry Mulching
Forestry mulching grinds standing brush and small trees in place and leaves a protective mat of mulch on the ground. It is faster and gentler than conventional clearing, causes far less erosion, and needs no burn pile or haul-off. It is the right call for underbrush, trail cutting, fence lines and shoreline buffers.
Brush Removal
Overgrown lots, storm debris and thick shoreline fringe get cut back to something you can walk and see through. We remove brush around ponds, dams, access trails and property lines, then treat or mow to keep it from coming straight back. Recurring seasonal brush work is available on contract.
Digging & Dirt Work
Ditches, culverts, driveway cuts, fill placement and final grade — the dirt work that decides whether a property drains or holds water. We shape the site so runoff goes where you want it and rain does not undo the job. Compaction and slope are checked as we go, not after.
Site Work & Property Access
We build the access first: roads, trails, ramps, pads and turnarounds that hold up to equipment and trucks. On soft or sloped waterfront ground we use tracked machines with low ground pressure so the bank stays intact. When we finish, ruts are smoothed, debris is gone and gates are closed.
