Marine Demolition & Disposal
We dismantle and remove failed docks, boathouses, lifts, seawalls and storm debris before rebuilding. Materials are separated, loaded from land or barge and taken to an appropriate disposal facility, leaving a safe, clear site for the next phase.
Docks
We build docks sized to how you actually use the water — depth at the end, boat draft, prevailing wake and where the sun sits in the afternoon. New builds use marine-grade hardware and properly embedded pilings, not the shortest pile that will stand up. Repairs cover decking, framing, stringers, hardware and storm damage.
Pier Construction & Pier Repair
Shallow bay and sound lots often need a long pier to reach usable water, which makes pile depth and bracing everything. We drive from a barge where access allows and extend existing piers when the shoreline shifts or the boat gets bigger. Every pier is walked and inspected with you before we leave.
Deck & Boardwalk Construction & Repair
Waterfront decks, observation platforms and boardwalks connect the house to the water without tearing up the ground in between. We frame elevated walkways over marsh and wetland with minimal footprint, using composite or treated material to match the property. Existing boardwalks get re-decked and re-framed rather than replaced when the substructure is sound.
Dune Crossover Construction & Repair
Dune crossovers have to protect the dune system and survive the surge that reshapes it. We build elevated crossovers to local and state requirements, with handrails and stair sections that can be replaced individually after a storm. Post-storm crossover repair is a big part of our fall and winter work.
Seawalls
Seawalls are the answer where you need a hard vertical line and every foot of usable yard. We install vinyl sheet pile and concrete walls with proper embedment, tie-backs and drainage, then backfill, grade and re-sod. Existing walls get cap repair, panel replacement and tie-back installation when the wall is worth saving.
Bulkhead Construction, Installation & Repair
A failing bulkhead usually shows itself as sinkholes and settling behind the wall, which means fill is escaping through it. We rebuild or replace bulkheads with corrected drainage and filter fabric so the backfill stays put. Where full replacement is not needed, we repair panels, caps and returns.
Rip Rap Installation & Shoreline Protection
Rip rap absorbs wave energy instead of reflecting it, which makes it the better choice on gentler banks and in front of tired seawalls. We size and place stone over filter fabric to a designed slope so it stays where it was set. Living shoreline and vegetative stabilization options are available where a natural bank is preferred.
Pilings
Pilings carry the whole structure, so depth, plumb and bracing matter more than anything above the water. We drive and jet timber and concrete piles from land or barge and set the depth to the soil, not the schedule. Wrapping, sistering and full pile replacement are all available on existing structures.
Boat & PWC Lifts
We size elevator, cradle and PWC lifts to the boat's weight, beam and your water depth, then confirm your dock and pilings can carry the load before installing. Lifts are set, wired, aligned and cycled with the boat in the cradle before we call it done. We also service cables, motors, switches and bunks on lifts we did not install.
Boathouses
A covered boathouse is the difference between a boat that ages and one that lasts. We build boathouses framed and anchored for Gulf Coast wind, with roofing and trim detailed to match the house. Re-roofing, re-framing and post-storm boathouse repair are routine work for us.
Marina Installation & Repair
For commercial and community waterfronts we build and repair slips, gangways, walkways, piling systems and bulkheads. Work is phased so the marina keeps operating while the crew moves down the dock. We coordinate inspections and agency requirements as part of the project.
Dredging
When a slip will not float the boat or sand has migrated into the basin, dredging restores the depth. We survey before and after, dredge mechanically or hydraulically depending on access and volume, and handle spoil placement and dewatering. Sand removal around docks and shorelines is often a one-day job.
General Waterfront Construction
Beyond the named structures, we take on the odd waterfront work that nobody else wants: launch ramps, retaining structures, steps down a bluff, utility runs to a dock and storm rebuilds. If it is on the water or holding back the water, it is in our lane. One crew, one permit package, one point of contact.
