FAQ
Questions we hear a lot.
What areas do you serve?
We cover the Gulf Coast from Gulfport, Mississippi to Tallahassee, Florida — with most of our work in Pensacola, Santa Rosa County, the 30A corridor and coastal Baldwin County, Alabama.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We carry contractor licensing and general liability coverage, and we are licensed for aquatic herbicide application. We are glad to send certificates before work starts.
Do you handle permitting?
We do. Dock, seawall and dredging projects almost always require permits, and we prepare the submittals and coordinate with local and state agencies as part of the project.
Is an estimate free?
Yes. We come to the property, look at the water and the access, and give you a written price at no charge.
Do you use subcontractors?
The marine construction and pond work is done by our own crews with our own equipment and barges.
How soon can you start?
Pond management and land work usually start within a week or two. Permitted marine construction depends on agency review, and we give you a realistic timeline up front.
Ready to talk about your waterfront?
Free on-site estimates from Gulfport to Tallahassee. We walk the property, take measurements and give you a straight number.
