Our boat lifts & boat houses services

Boat Lift Sizing & Installation

Boat weight, beam, hull shape, water depth and dock structure determine the right lift. We confirm capacity and piling requirements before installing, then align the bunks and cycle the lift with the vessel in place.

PWC & Jet Ski Lifts

PWC lifts keep smaller craft clean, protected and ready without taking over the dock. We install lifts and platforms around the available slip, access path and water fluctuation, with hardware selected for saltwater exposure.

Boathouse Construction

We build covered boathouses from the pilings up, including framing, roofing, decking and lift integration. Wind exposure, roof profile and drainage are planned with the dock so the finished structure works as one system.

Lift & Boathouse Repair

Repair work includes cables, motors, switches, bunks, beams, pilings, framing, roofing and storm damage. We inspect the supporting dock before replacing lift parts so a hidden structural problem is not left behind.

Electrical & Routine Maintenance

Lift electrical work must be suited to a wet, corrosive environment and completed to applicable requirements. Routine cable, motor, switch and fastener checks help prevent a small wear item from becoming an emergency repair.

What does it cost?

Nobody can price a dock off a photo, but the number is not a mystery either. Four things move it: how far out you have to go, how deep the water is, what you build it out of, and how hard the permit is.

Common questions

Can you add a boat lift to an existing dock?

Usually, if the pilings and framing can carry the added load. We inspect the structure first and add or replace pilings when required.

How is a boat lift sized?

We use the boat's loaded weight, beam, hull, water depth and desired clearance, then include an appropriate safety margin.

Do you repair lifts you did not install?

Yes. We service cables, motors, switches, bunks and structural components on most common lift systems.

Can you repair a storm-damaged boathouse?

Yes. We handle piling, framing, roof, decking and lift damage, and can provide photographs and an itemized scope for insurance documentation.
